I can’t find much to do there daytime besides sit in Starbucks that is always super-crowded or go up and down the bike path through town.

The upstairs area of Donutes is quite nice there

Me and a pal excitedly visited the first Donutes in Tainan and were equally baffled at their lack of donuts and their genuine confusion at why we were asking where the 甜甜圈 were hidden.

Some of the newer ones are nice, with power outlets and fast wifi. Not sure they have reopened the seating areas.
