Try a stationery store. Most of them should carry them. Failing that (not sure where you are based and whether there is a store near you) one of those NT$30 Japanese stores like DAISO should definitely carry them. If you are Kaohsiung, the DAISO in the Dream Mall has them.
Any little sundry store should have them. Try $10 NT type stores, not big chains.
