Just figured that some might be interested in the changes in the amendments to the Immigration laws. I have been following the changes allowing NWOHRs born to parents with household registration to establish that as well with the 20 year age limit lifted. It appears that a few days ago the draft regulation changes were posted and have a commenting period running for 2 months.
