My parents were born in Taiwan, and I was born in Canada… I have dual citizenship for both countries, and I have family in Taiwan as well. When I am 18, will I be drafted/conscripted? Will I be able to visit Taiwan? If so, for how long? Also, can someone explain to me what household registration is? I’m not sure if this applies to me or not. I am currently living in Canada and have been for my entire life.
