Yup. It was subtle enough to feel, see lamps swinging, but most people didn’t seem to notice.
Edit: 4.9 and again in same location. I’m going to soon start relapsing with phantom quakes if this continues.

I came here, didn’t see anything, thought about giving a FIRST!, then decided it was a phantom quake. Apparently not!

That’s the problem. When it starts shaking in one place and awakes more faults. Though Hualien/Taitung/East coast is normal. Pingtung is more … interesting.
