EasyWallet App: Repeated Disapprovals

I had the easywallet account set up and approved for the longest time. But on reinstall on my new phone as the old phone packed up suddenly (no data transfer was possible) … I cannot get EasyCard to approve my account.

They keep saying not approved. WTF is going on? I though it was my photo… but I’ve fixed that. I’ll likely try one last time, before deleting my account entirely. Seems like they could make it easier to apply.

The photo includes information that they want me to type in as well. It seems quite stupid actually to make customers do the same job twice. But, whatever.

If you didn’t also change your phone number, you should receive an SMS with verification code when trying to login to EasyWallet on your new device.

Yep. They want me to upload my ID again… same one as before. Don’t understand why.

So you are at this step but when you click verify you are denied?

I guess you could call (02)412-8880 or go down to a MRT station to get someone to help you.

Yes. I’m not sure what’s going on there. If it doesn’t work this time, I shall personally visit the EasyCard Center to get them to handle it.

I have a verified phone number, password, email address, pre-existing registered account, ID card and all the data typed in. Yet they keep rejecting it. Like 5 times now. Once or twice it was probably my mistake.

PLUS the app itself logs you out for some reason while you’re in the middle of using it. Just logs you out. Today I literally laid the phone down before hitting send… boom! Data all gone.

Always something. Refused again. I can’t screenshot the reply… but it’s getting ridiculous.
