It seems like the brands are totally different from what’s in the US - does anyone have any experience with Taiwanese standing desks that have a motor? For example:
The ikea ones are great. I’ve bought a few of them. Even paid the small fee to have them delivered and put together. They’re quite heavy.
The weight maximum should not be a concern unless you’re using them in a funeral home.
My main concern with the weight maximum is stability/wobble. Also I’m likely to mount a ~48” TV to it to use as a monitor, which is only about 15kg but still.
Is it pretty stable? No side to side or front to back wobble?
poor website design indeed. their stuff is really solid though, they have a physical store you can visit to try out their products so you can inspect the quality first.
Nice, I’ll definitely head there after I’m out of quarantine. The base table versions look pretty good and fairly priced, at least from the website, and they have some interesting stone (?) options for the desktop.
Solid wood options seem to be a bit overpriced though unfortunately.
How about standing desk mats? I’m ideally looking for something like the Ergodriven Topo, with a pretty dense cushion and some bumps/ridges for variety. I would just buy this one but I can’t seem to find it available here in Taiwan.
