Looking for somebody that can handle 3-4 layer PCBs with fine pitch SMDs, BGA, SOICs, etc - similar to what you’d find on a typical PCIe card nowadays.
Doesn’t need to have full factory setup w/bed-of-nails, QA harness, pick-and-place, etc. Just somebody in a basement somewhere equipped with a hot bar rework station, maybe an IR oven, misc SMD components stocked, able to do basic triage, troubleshooting, read test-point wave-forms, etc would be perfect.
Of the magic triangle, quality and low cost are more important than speed.
