English speaking buddhist groups in Taichung?

Are there any English speaking buddhist/meditation groups that meet up in Taichung? I’ve recently come to Taiwan, speak very little Chinese.

asking if there were any english-speaking buddhist groups in taichung, which had… uh… no result.

What about english-speaking buddhist groups in taipei, then?

Dharma drum had a weekly English meditation group some years ago. They had a little gathering place around Zhongxiao Dunhua. Not sure if they’re still active.

Although not in Taipei, there are 2 Vipassana meditation centers down south. One in Chiayi and the other in Kaohsiung.

I used to go to IMG with dharma drum many many years ago. Looks like they are still active: International Meditation Group-DDM
