English speaking Mens Barber in Banqiou or neighbour areas?

Trying to find a decent mens barber that can speak English and has a decent style. Nothing too fancy, just someone that knows how to execute what I need.

My last year is with this sweet Taiwanese lady but she doesn’t listen to me nor follows my English translated directions so I usually get a very bad version of what I need.
