Hi all, I’m looking for a good English-speaking opthamologist in Taipei. I’m currently seeing a Chinese-speaking doctor but their English ability isn’t limited and I have some in-depth questions to ask.

I don’t see the problem. A doctor with unlimited English ability should be able to answer in-depth questions.
Maybe he wants him to express himself through the medium of mime…
