Eqd-2266 什麼意思?

So the photo below’s caption is “First time I’ve seen a license plate in English and Chinese, very interesting” and it got a lot of laughs from locals, but try as I might I just dont get it  I know EQ is used here for emotional quotient, but I still don’t see the humor. Any help here?

EQ低-離離落落(li-li-lak-lak)

2266 in Taigi could be read as lī-lī-la̍k-la̍k, but that’s mixing literary reading for 2 and colloquial reading for 6.

Thanks, but I still have no idea what this means. I asked chatGPT and it gave “scattered, sparse” as the meaning for 離離落落, but I still don’t get what’s so funny :man_shrugging:

In addition to actual things being scattered, like toys strewn all over the house, it can also be used to describe someone’s abilities. For example, if someone keeps missing critical steps in his work SOP, then they can be called 離離落落.
