Extend Work Permit with 37K TWD

Hello everyone

Im working in Taiwan as a Chef, I got a work Permit from the restaurant, I will extend my Work Permit soon,
My withholding tax are in the requirement to provide for extend the Work permit, and it’s 458k from last year
My salary is 37k (not 48k, the minimum wage for sponsor a white collar)
Will that be a problem for extend the Work permit ?

You need a tax receipt showing your income more than 48K a month.
(Not your actual slip pay).

I have the withholding tax from my employer, but it’s not from the 48K

Don’t really know how it goes these days. But I recall foreigners with local degree could get work permit with only 33K a month salary, right?
