I did not realize this was a Veterinary Specialty. I guess subconsciously assumed veterinarian did it all.

Yes, this exists. My sister-in-law’s dog developed vision problems several years ago, and goes to one of these specialists.
Probably not a lot of rabbits with vision problems.
