Does anyone know where I can get fabric dye (like Rit) in Taiwan?
I have a lot of high quality permanent dyes for protein fibers if you’re dying wool, silk or nylon (acid-set dyes), and some set with soda ash for cotton, rayon, hemp, linen, Tencel, bamboo, reed etc. These are permanent, unlike crappy salt-set Rit dyes. If you only need a little bit, and you’re near Neihu you can drop by to get some. If you need a lot, you can reimburse me at cost. What are you dyeing? Hands Tailung in Breeze used to sell a few dyes, and the Tianshui Rd. chemical shops have various kinds, but the info is all in Chinese. You can also order from Dharma Trading and have specific colors shipped to Taiwan, if you want an English interface.
