And I always thought it was just a meniscus issue.
I used to be able to pour cream over a spoon so the cream stays on the top , but have not done it for years.

Yes, it’s amphetamines salts which is similar to meth with basically the same effects. It’s more like meth than coke, but they’re borh stimulants so I can see why some would say it feels the same.

It usually increases it. But it’s a strong vaso constrictor, which is the opposite of viagra which is a vaso dilator (opens up blood vessels) so you can see why many men might have issues.

I got a prescription in college, it gets you high and wired for sure. I took it in the beginning because it worked, but I couldn’t eat or sleep on it so I lost maybe 20lbs my freshmen year. So i stopped taking it. I would sometimes take it partying to stay up drinking. It also made me amazing at golf and video games. It’s banned in pro gaming for a reason. It’s a very popular nootropic.

I don’t drink any coffee or caffeine outside of a coke zero here and there these days. Italians nap, i take full advantage of it after lunch.

This “fitness expert” makes a point that you should wait an hour after wake-up and after meals to drink coffee because your cortisol is highest at these times and coffee increases cortisol so together not good. Maybe this is what sometimes causes jitters when drinking early morning.

Not me. I’m drinking when I’m drinking.
