They should have a 6 months prepaid service but not with unlimited internet. You’ll have to buy internet service for it and recharge it when it runs out.
They (Far East) do.
Mine is prepaid, has to be recharged every 6 months (min is $150) and you can buy 1.2Gb for $180 - lasts for 3 months - so good for light users. There are other recharges which go up to around $800 a month and include internet.

It’s 499 per month with 12 months minimum duration. Unlimited data at 21mbit.
Is the 800 prepaid unlimited speed?
