FarEastTone customer service...surprised

Had to call them about an account issue so I dialed directly from my phone. I guess it was because I set my language preference to English I got a live English-speaking CS rep online after a short wait. Much to my surprise she spoke very well and was very polite to boot (although so far in Taipei all phone reps from all sorts of companies I dealt with had been very much so).

A lot of my local colleagues all seem to complain about how expensive FET is and how terrible their customer service is…I guess I should tell them to choose the English option when dealing with them :roflmao:
