First of all are you teaching in a bilingual program or just plain EFL?
Second, if your colleagues have something against you, that means they
could be prejudice, or you are in a toxic work environment. But if you need
to send all that money home, transfer it now before you should ever happen
to leave for good. However I will say that if you do leave for good, it may
be better for you because you don’t want to stress yourself working with toxic
colleagues.
