Formed in 2016, BRACE YOURSELVES is a BEATDOWN HARDCORE band from the Philippines. Over the years, they have constructed a dark and oppressive aesthetic world with slow, heavy, and powerful music, paired with lyrics that express the darkness within individuals and the despair of human self-destruction. They have become a distinctive force in the Filipino hardcore scene.
