I know that they are going to be fireworks in Taipei at 101 but does anyone know if it’s going to be more then one show in the city? The fireworks last year were a short countdown variety off the top of 101 and this is happening again this year. Just wondering if something larger is planned this year or elsewhere in Taipei.

I heard the fireworks will last longer (3 minutes instead of 30 seconds).
Oh, I never spent chinese new year here. Do I have to be afraid of Taiwanese with explosives everywhere? (Considering the crazy temple people sometimes). Maybe its the best to hide?
