Made it to the club, on saturday night - Triangle. Eh, I would say overall not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend even though it’s just a sample of 1. Though it was good meeting people. mostly foreign students.
The male-female ratio is skewed heavily like 85-15. Seems people here gather outside clubs to drink convenience store beverages.
I wonder how the clubs sustain themselves if entrance fee includes a free drink and drinks in the club are priced at 4x at what 7/11 charges.
Of course, these days clubs are an avenue to make money but well depending from where you come from - clubs were like a get-away - which were operated at break even margins. well that’s when clubs were fun back then. I can’t fault clubs here for that since everywhere clubs stopped being fun in 2012ish.
