I took a look in the 7-11 and family mart and I couldn’t find fisherman’s friend.
I haven’t checked the supermarkets yet.
Have they pulled out of Taiwan?
They always used to be in Cosmed.

I went to a Cosmed and they didn’t have it, nor did the shop assistant know what is was.

For those of us who have no idea what’s being talked about:
I haven’t been able to find them recently in the big chains (7-11, Cosmed), but I did find a big box (which contains three of the traditional-sized packets) at a more medical-looking pharmacy. The ones that are all medicine and with someone who actually looks like a pharmacist sitting beside the counter.
The pharmacy I bought Fisherman’s Friend at happened to be near Guting Station, walking from there towards Shida Night Market, but I’m sure other such pharmacies still sell them.
Definitely a shame that they’re becoming harder to find - they’re great for when you’ve got a sore throat. Perhaps Cosmed and 7-11 have decided they didn’t taste enough like candy.

She means you can buy 'em at drugstores all over the country, i.e., no, they haven’t pulled out of the market.
They sell them in Family Mart now (within the last two weeks). 38NT per bag.
No need for me to stock up every time I go to the Philippines or Thailand (for the time being).

good stuff this Fisherman’s Friend. But lots of people spit those suckers out when they try one.
I think next to the original Valda Pastailles that they used have in taiwan (the ones sold now are not french made and not as good) these are good. Ricola is also nice.
