I just go my NWOHR passport, can I use it to book flight tickets?
Of course you can, but keep in mind that you will need visas and permits that the regular Taiwan passport does not require. You should know this since they tell you that and give you a piece of paper inside the passport that tells you that.
If you have another passport, I would advise using that one instead. You don’t really need the passport to come into Taiwan anyways, what you need is the TARC or that crappy passport with the visa stamp.
yeah, I know it has an entry permit. Moreover, this tw passport cannot be used for e-visas. I understand it can be used to fly to Tw.
