Until a few months ago I’ve been using the EZ WAY app to authorize FedEx shipments from iHerb, Amazon, etc.
But it seems that since June 2020 foreigners have been banned from using the app:
I couldn’t find any official information though. Anyone has insights or workarounds?

Update: so the app still works after all. Even though it shows FAILED in a red box.
The “Real Name” validation via phone number (which is supposed to protect your privacy) doesn’t work for non ROC citizens, it never did.
Foreigners can still use the privacy-less digital “paper authorization” in the app, which is basically equivalent to faxing a copy of your ARC and Passport to the courier.
