Do you use Taiwan Apps very often? How do you handle those which are only in mandarin? And which Taiwan Apps do you find useful for foreigner residents?
I only use Kazakhstani apps.

Not so good as Louisa…they give the best discounts (many have an app within line app that I use). Starbucks does have a lot of two for one kinda deals but you need somebody with you…Mosburger and McDs would be other common apps as well as Pxnart.
A Samsung phone with an S-Pen can translate anything on your screen…
There are a couple I use apart, but I would like to hear from others as well:
- KNY - weather and earthquake
- 台灣鳥類 - birds of Taiwan, but Merlin is better
- T-Ex for HSR
- ETC
- Find taxi
- 8891 for car shopping
- 591 for houses
- Utaggo for parking
- Invoice scanner
