I’ve only been in Taiwan for a short time, but have a business idea and need to register a partnership. I’ve gone to the Taipei City Government website, and have called, but the process is confusing and the phone call resulted in my being transferred over and over, and eventually hung up on since I can’t speak a lick of chinese. If anyone has registered a partnership and could pass along any info, I’d be most grateful!
As a foreigner you would probably have to register a limited company. I would highly recommend hiring an accountant to register it for you.
