Hey southern brothers and sisters,
As many of you may know, we here in the great wet north have been getting together once a week to share war stories, introduce FOBs to the ins and outs of life on the rock and to “quaff carouses” as my good friend Willie Shakes would say.
To that end, the power rangers that run the site have expressed an interest in setting up a similar event in other cities that dot our home away from home. I’ve been chatting with a few of your local publicans and there is some interest from them in hosting a weekly or monthly Happy Hour down there in the dirty south, so I put it to all y’all:
How many of you would like to have a weekly Forumosa Happy Hour of your very own? Would you prefer it to be weekly, or monthly? Would you prefer a mid-week break or a weekend wind up? Would there be a old hat Forumosan that would want to act as a host/organizer of said event?
