I also use Android with a shortcut for Forumosa. So far no issues of the icon shrinking.
I wonder what does @Bree’s and @hannes’s smartphones have in common… 
Have you received recent updates? That’s usually the issue with these things.

Mine is just a tiny speck now. Still works but loading is slow.

Reinstalled the app, looked normal for a while, the shrinking has started again.
