Mmm, sorry if this sounded Chinglish (is that something to apologize for? lol), English is not my native language, and I now have way too many Singaporean/HK/TW friends, thus the contamination. If you really must know, I’m originally from France (bashing time, I guess!) and spent the last half decade down under. I always welcome constructive criticism though

Crikey! I know some good guys from France who work Down Under, at least, they tasted good when I roasted 'em on a “barbie” and slathered A1 on their generous tenderloins :fume:
My “taste” in wine runs predominantly to Vic/SA Shiraz and Cabs, and to SAfr Pinotage - all of which means cheap and nasty - so I’m probably not much help there. Still, try Costco for some good deals on a few good wines.
