Bringing Back LIVE Music In Taichung & The Hell Bent Angels are doing another FREE sing-along night (similar to our last one) here in Taichung City at Wild West Tex Mex Restaurant on Wenxin Rd. on Sunday, June 9th from 6pm - 12am – That’s SIX hours of fun, songs, and drink specials. Music will be from 6pm - 10pm, and the bar will stay open for drinking and hanging out until midnight. Admission is FREE and check back on this page later for more details about the specials of the night. There will also be some kind of free beer raffle, and possibly mechanical bull riding.
Wild West is located in the large white building on the corner of Wenxin Rd. and Shizheng Rd., above the Starbucks on the second level–and next to FM!
This night will feature The Hell Bent Angels and others, as a backing band, and will be open to other singers, just like our first event.
If you are a singer living in Taiwan and you wish to be a part of this event (a.k.a. sing with us for a song or two) then please send a Facebook message to David Ramey or Pat Reid for more information. We have many open slots for singers right now. If you want to sing a song, simply send a message with the name of the song you are interested in singing, a link to the version you would like to sing on YouTube, and we will do our best to learn the song and play it for you, as your backing band, on the show day.
For those who wish to sing, formal and informal rehearsals will be held during the month of May and beginning of June for this show, so please write us as soon as possible if you or one of your friends is interested in participating with us!
There will also be a raffle of some sorts (free raffle tickets given upon entry) to give away free CD’s, possibly gift certificates, and tickets to the 6/22 Bringing Back LIVE Music in Taichung show, featuring 5 bands and 2 DJ’s.
