Not new. They are Nestle aren’t they? So the knock off part might be debatable. Some quick internet searching tells me Nestle owns Rowntree.

PX Mart used to sell them cheaper in multi packs. Might still do. I’m embarrassed to know this. Shouldn’t eat so much of this stuff at my age.

In terms of these sort of mass market chocolate bars, really not a lot of variety at the convenience stores. Just snickers bars rebranded about half a dozen different ways. There was a Japanese one I bought recently in 7-11, might be new stock. Tasted greasy to me.
My impression is the texture of the Bounty would not be popular here. You actually have to chew a little.
I miss Cadbury fruit n nut and all Galaxy branded chocolate.

At least they didn’t try to oversell the range of chocolate bars commonly available in Taiwan. They got all of the two varieties.
