Gen Z is the laziest and most entitled generation from my perspective as an employer. I’ll also say the most self absorbed as well, I guess they grew up with social media. They also seem to be brainwashed on social causes. It’s like their identity or something. One of them on their first day came up with the idea of making a collection based on trans princesses 
The lack of professionalism, although that might be because other generations are older and know how to act. But my god, I wouldn’t bring gen Z to an important client meeting.
I don’t want to say all of them are like this. But it’s been such a negative experience so far with them. The staff that I end up keeping are older than gen Z.
