Nah mate. Ti is always there. The scale is written backwards on that meme, from what you know, to get the so fa joke in there.

It depends on which country you’re from.
But with the scale illustrated above, what I want to know is how you’re supposed to tell whether a note is so or fa, considering they’re both the same now.

I get the joke, I just didn’t know the notes could have different names 
I always sang it as “Ti”! Even Julie Andrews sang it as “Ti” in the Sound of Music
Do(Doe), a deer, a female deer
Re(Ray), a drop of golden sun
Mi(Me), a name, I call myself
Fa(Far), a long, long way to run
So(Sew), a needle pulling thread
La, a note to follow So
Ti(Tea), a drink with jam and bread
That will bring us back to Do, oh, oh, oh

Interesting! I watched it dubbed, and she sang “Si” in that version.
Actually, English is the only language where she sings “Ti”
