it’s paternalizing and with no real talk of reparations or anything beyond “affirmative action” which has done some good but had mixed results in many cases, it comes off as hollow and unauthentic, more to the benefit of the white folks feelies than any actual help.
Yup. It’s truly condescending. But that’s what Democrats have always done to minorities…that and push abortion on them on a genocidal scale marketing it as personal freedom.
