GC EU model purple, modded so it can play JP/US games too.
GC JP model black, not very reliable anymore (old laser most probably) but still functional.
You also get a bunch of memory cards and controllers + a Donkey Konga drum.
Included: HDMI adapter (a new one goes for some 70 €) + all the cables + power adapter.

There are a few ten games, all worked the last time I tried them. Mostly without boxes / manuals, but some are pretty rare nowadays and sell for a few ten dollars or much more on eBay. Some discs look quite old (they have all been in heavy rotation) but nothing is broken.
