I’ve been looking for a gas barbeque in Taipei now for about 2 months. All I can find at B&Q and Carrefours are charcoal grills without gas fittings. Perhaps they just aren’t in season at this time of year? Is there anywhere that I can get a propane barbeque (portable would be even better) year round in Taipei? And propane tanks? I know they’re out there somewhere!I’m sure there are thousands of foreigners in Taipei just like me, that can’t possibly live without a BBQ! :help: Please!
I think that B&Q usually has them but it is out of season. BBQ stuff usually ends after Mid Autum festival.
If you can find a gas BBQ you can order small propane cans from your local gas company.
Costco is another possibility I know I bought one in January at a BnQ one time so they must be around in one of the BnQs in Taipei
They had some in RT Mart a few weeks back. NT$3,000. Pretty nice. Haven’t seen them recently though.
