So i found an interesting video. Japanese gen Z is different as they want do more quickly and less group focused, I am used to it working outside of Japan a lot and bit surprised to see change so fast now, but I guess with labor storages and influx of immigrants its changing fast, this is also in Taiwan but still seems at slower pace
Probably the general work situation in Japqn does need a a shake up. Hi stress, high anxiety, low pay to get in, or no pay, suicide isn’t just a joke, 10 people doing 1 persons job, aging population etc. Seems like they are way overdue for a shakeup.
Yes, changes are there. Shorter work week now, hard get younger people work beyond 8 hour day.
I was thinking more about the 12 hour day and for free, that needs a shake up. Not the 8 hour normal work day hehe
