One of the three lenses/cameras of my Samsung S22 phone became blurry; I believe this happened when I dropped my phone.
At first, I thought it was the lens getting dust/vapor, but I realized no matter how many times I rub it clean, it’s still blurry.
I still have all the paperwork, receipts, and warranty card, even though it’s probably useless since it’s been more than 1 year.
Does anyone have any experience in getting your Samsung phone fixed in an official store? Which Samsung store has an English-speaking service? What else should I expect/prepare? And is it likely that I would need to move all my data to a new phone?
