I bought a Gt sim from the airport. I opened some accounts(whatsapp, line) with that too. But, I think that sim is inactive now due to not using for a long time. Any idea how can I make it active?

GT has now merged with Farestone, go to one of their stores and ask. Search for “遠傳” on Google Maps.
But what you really want is the number, no?
If it lapsed it might have been reassigned to another account. Will have to talk to far east tone about getting the number back if possible.

It has been around 1 year.
All I can say is you gotta talk to Far East Tone, they are the only one that can help. If the number is available then maybe they can reassign it back. I don’t know if there’s a fee involved.
