Each one is 3cm long and 1cm. I am also wondering where to place them on my ID or health insurance card.

Taiwan has made a step forward in LGBTQ rights as a court in the capital Taipei has ruled that a transgender man can change the gender marker on his identification documents without undergoing surgery.
Another administrative regulation overruled by the courts. Shows how bad Taiwanese government entities are at interpretation of laws.
