Getting to cks airport from Taipei

Could anyone tell me where to catch a bus to the airport from Taipei city ?
Is there a bus from Minchuan W Rd ?

Don’t know about Minquan W. Rd., but there’s the airport bus from the GuoGuang Bus Terminal on Zhongxiao W. Road, to the west of the Train Station. And there’s the airport bus at the Domestic Airport on Minquan E. Rd.
