what would you consider a considerate amount of notice to give before leaving a teaching job in mid - contract? do you think the responsbility of finding a replacement teacher is on the teacher leaving or the school?
Give notice according to the terms in your contract. Don’t give notice one day earlier than required; you have to protect yourself.
