I find it hard to be completely down on any organisation that has thrown up a few hundred vegan restaurants worldwide. There’s a couple of Loving Huts in Hualien, and they do a mean zhong-zi. I wish Jesus or Mohammed had been equally committed to a meat-free life.
I wish Jesus or Muhammad had auctioned off his socks (as Suma Ching Hai apparently did, netting some 700 USD for a used pair).
Jesus did one better … he turned two fish into a trawler catch, water into wine (although, for members of an AA not that good), a few loafs of bread (5 or 7) into the daily production of an industrial bakery. So, what’s 700 dollars for a pair of used socks? ![]()
