Good Shida area cafe with balconey?

Now that Paradiso has gone down the tubes, and Peacock opens to late, I need to find a new cafe, otherwise I migh find myself slipping in my commitment to wiling away the summer afternoons in cafes.

Anyone know a cafe that fits the following criteria:

Shida/Taida/Guting area.

Must open by 3PM or so.

Must have a balconey.

Passable-good lattes.

That’s about it really. Any recco’s?

The pseudo mediterranean place (not really a cafe per se) on that ‘park’ in the main street does good lattes and has a huge balcony both up and down stairs. I cant recall its name sorry. Do my lame instruction make sense?

How about Grandma Knitti’s? Not really a cafe, but open when required (by you …) and a (very small) balcony … I think their downstairs also has some outside-seating, but not very cozy if I remember correctly. :idunno:

I really like the cafe Peacock, right opposite Nitti’s, but it doesn’t open til about 5PM.
