Gopro Quik app on phones have music available for videos up to one minute.

How do you add music to a GoPro videos that are say 5 or 10 minutes long using phone and not a computer video editor?

You can use Filmora or also try the free trail version of Adobe Premiere Rush

Also be aware that if you share the video on internet then there could be copyright issues

What do you need the video for? Is it in a professional capacity? What phone OS do you use?

I personally would highly suggest to use Blender or other Video Editing Software on a Computer. Doing it on the phone might be possible but the degree of freedom is very limited.

It’s like trying to tear down a wall with a hammer instead of a jackhammer. The right tool for the right purpose.
