Gout

Had gout in my big toe.
All meds were useless.
What I did:
1 Drink 4-5 litres of water(not tea or coffee or soda)
2.Half a teaspoon of bicarb first thing in morning then water.
3, Fruit vinegar diluted with water through the day.
Took about a week to work.

It goes in a week without treatment.

If your uric acid levels remain high then you may be at risk of a future attack of gout. It might be an idea to get your doctor to check these, because the only way to prevent gout attacks is to get them down to normal levels.

I hope your gout doesn’t prevent you from visiting Dulan, which I know you’re very much looking forward to.

Try colchicine. If you are not on allopurinol, then you might think about doing that. I’ve managed to keep my UA down on just 100mg per day. No side effects. I drink beer pretty regularly too.

All the other stuff like cherry juice, celery juice, bicarbonate etc is not gonna help.
