I am seeking advice for someone holding a Ph.D. with four years of experience from a reputable company, specializing in the field of thermoelectric cooling. Has also worked on projects for prominent companies such as Google, Apple, Samsung, and Nvidia.
He isn’t able to find a job now. And platforms like 104 and LinkedIn, they haven’t yielded any results so far.
