I don’t like it. I bought a magazine a couple of months ago because it had The Clap, but of course it was in tabulature. I will try it someday when I feel industrious. I prefer to use either the piano music with the chord symbols, or better yet the one-staff guitar music. It seems that is only available for classical music. I understand why people like it, but some say that the use of tabulature was responsible for the demise of the lute.
I like it, but only if it has the staff music printed above it.
me like it 'cos it rooly simple
I like it for the same reason as Bassman
I like the Japanese tab books, where they shows both the note length and the string/fret. The best of both worlds.
I’ve never seen them before, can you buy them in Taipei?
The Japanese tab books are in music shops like ATB off Hoping East Section 3, or Life Studios on Roosevelt. They will have Japanese on the spine. They do mention that they are not for sale outside of Japan. They are called “Band Score” because they notate all the different parts, including drums, bass, guitars and anything else.
