Just today we got a new videophone/dooropener … now I must say they are pretty inventive on how to mount the new device on the old base. The old one was mounted over a hole in the wall as large as the phone/video. But now the new one is smaller, and they just nailed a thin wooden multiplex planch over the hole and than they screwed the base for the new one on the wood … I don’t need to tell you that it looks … well as many things in Taiwan … being shabby … but hey, it works, they can even warn me in case of fire, and the siren makes a hell of a noise … :bravo: :fume: :s oh, and it’s with an LCD video screen
Then, there was this guy starting a thread about his new door opener…
